Vino Aromatizzato Alla China is made from a base of organic red wine , enriched with a cold infusion of organic spices and herbs , to which sugar and ethyl alcohol are added. The result is a wine rich in complex aromas, perfect for those seeking a unique and original experience. Usable as an after-dinner digestive or to create intriguing cocktails , it is a fascinating expression of tradition and creativity in the world of flavoured wines.
You'll be welcomed into the winery and accompanied on a tour of the vineyards surrounding the estate. You'll discover how we care for our vines and our land, including our organic production philosophy. We'll move among the barrels, where we'll explain each stage of the winemaking process: here, our wines come to life, develop structure, mature, and refine. After the winery tour, you'll move to the tasting room, where you'll enjoy five of our wines paired with traditional dishes in a family-friendly atmosphere. During the tasting, all the characteristics and unique features of each wine will be explained.
The tasting with food and wine pairing is available on Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 12:30 PM.

You will be welcomed in the cellar and accompanied to visit the vineyards surrounding the winery. You will discover how we take care of our vines and our land: our philosophy of organic production. We will move among the barrels where we will illustrate each phase of the winemaking process: here our wines come to life, take shape, mature and refine. At the end of the visit to the cellar we will move to an early 19th century building in the historic center of Neive, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The selection of wines can be chosen independently at the time. During the tasting, all the characteristics and particularities of each wine will be illustrated.
