Each guest will have the opportunity to choose the wines to taste, with in-depth explanations on the characteristics of each bottle. Visit to the Cellar with Tour of the Vineyards
Your guests will be welcomed into the cellar and taken on a tour of the surrounding vineyards, where they will discover how we care for our vines and land following an organic production philosophy. The tour will continue among the barrels, where the winemaking process will be explained, from the creation to the maturation of the wine. At the end of the visit, you will move to a historic building from the early 1800s in the center of Neive, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, where they will be able to independently choose the selection of wines to taste. During the tasting, the unique characteristics of each wine will be illustrated.

Vermouth Bianco di Torino is made from our Langhe Arneis , enriched with a cold infusion of organic spices and herbs , sugar and ethyl alcohol. This maceration process gives life to an elegant aromatized wine, with a complex and balanced aromatic profile. Perfect for those looking for a refined aperitif or an after-dinner digestive , it is a product that combines tradition and creativity in the world of vermouth.

Vino Aromatizzato Alla China is made from a base of organic red wine , enriched with a cold infusion of organic spices and herbs , to which sugar and ethyl alcohol are added. The result is a wine rich in complex aromas, perfect for those seeking a unique and original experience. Usable as an after-dinner digestive or to create intriguing cocktails , it is a fascinating expression of tradition and creativity in the world of flavoured wines.

• Welcome and Vineyard Walk: We will welcome you to the winery and guide you through our rows of vines. We will tell you about our sustainable philosophy and how we care for the land and vines with full respect for organic farming.

• Barrel Room Tour: We will descend among the barrels where our wines come to life, age, and mature. We will illustrate every single phase of the winemaking process.

• Exclusive Tasting in Neive: We will move to a unique setting: an elegant early 19th-century building located in the historic center of the medieval village of Neive. Here you will taste 5 organic wines of our production, choosing your selection independently and letting yourself be guided by the story of their characteristics and peculiarities.

• Travel: The visit starts from our winery and the tasting takes place at our sales point at the entrance to the historic center (about 2km away). We recommend arriving by car rather than on foot/bicycle to facilitate travel.
