What are the delivery times?
All orders are processed from Monday to Thursday. We advise you to place your order by 12:00 in order to process it the same day. Italy: Delivery takes place within 2-3 working days from order confirmation.
Outside Italy: Delivery to member states of the European Union usually takes 3-4 working days from order confirmation. Delivery to other states can take from 4 to 10 working days depending on the destination.

Once an order has been completed and sent, it is no longer possible to cancel it. If you had problems during the purchase, contact our customer support and explain what happened. We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.

I received a damaged bottle: how can I return it and be refunded?
Our courier is very careful to handle the parcels sent delicately. If for some reason one or more bottles arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer support immediately and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will answer you as soon as possible. In the event of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with a description of the damage via email in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
