The Langhe Arneis Aurelia comes from one of the highest plots in the area, over 500 meters above sea level . A heroic vineyard with slopes of over 30%, which requires manual work due to the impossibility of mechanizing. The harvest takes place in the cool hours of the day , with the use of dry ice to preserve the freshness of the grapes. A cryomaceration process at 0°C extracts all the minerality and aromas from the skins, giving the wine great freshness , minerals and aroma.
